Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, refunds cannot be provided.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Duplicate payment was made
- Product was not delivered due to technical issues
- Incorrect product was delivered
